Lemon & Orange Posset (Creme de limão e laranja)

Ingredients

550ml of double cream

125 gr of sugar

2 drops of vanilla essence

juice and grind of one orange

juice and grind of one lemon

Preparation

Place the double cream with the sugar in a small pan and bring gently to the boil. Remove from the heat and slowly add the juices and grinds of both lemon and orange. Let it cool down completely. Transfer to ramekins or tall glasses and place in the fridge overnight before serving.
