Ingredients (for around 6 people)
250 ml of pomegranate juice
100 ml of orange juice
400 ml of sugar syrup
(boil 2 cups of water with 2 cups of sugars, till the sugar is completed dissolved, for around 15 minutes, on a medium heat)
1 tbsp of rose water
1 egg white
In a bowl mix together the pomegranate juice, orange juice and the rose water.
Add in the cold sugar syrup and fold in the egg white that you previously whisk until stiff.
Pour this liquid into your icecream maker (my new toy!!!) and follow the instructions of the manufacturer. I left my sorbet churning for an hour, than left it overnight in the freezer, which you don’t need to if you are going to serve straight after making it,
